Your guide to booking with Solara RV Rentals
Planning your getaway should be exciting, not complicated. Here's everything you need to know before reserving your stay.
1. Reserve Your Dates
Choose your preferred dates and complete your reservation online. To secure your booking, we require a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due 3 days before your arrival. You can pay by:

2. Before You Arrive
Once your booking is confirmed, we'll send you:
- Your booking confirmation
- Directions to the campsite
- Check-in instructions
- Our Solara Guest Guide
- A packing checklist
- Helpful tips to make your stay stress-free
Our goal is to answer your questions before you even arrive.
3. Security Hold
Shortly before check-in, a $1,000 pre-authorized security hold will be placed on your credit card. This is not a charge, and no money is withdrawn from your account. The authorization is automatically released after checkout once the motorhome and campsite have been inspected.
4. Cancellation Policy
Life happens — we understand. If you need to cancel your stay before your final payment is due, we'll retain your deposit while we do our best to rebook your dates. If we're able to fill your reservation, we'll gladly refund the amount recovered from the new booking.
Cancellations made within 3 days of arrival are non-refundable.
